They've begun to add brick to the facade. It was raining yesterday so all of the bricks were wet, but it looks similar in hue to the building next to it.

Rumour has it, that the same developers bought the land south of here on Dufferin

How do you know that developers bought the land South on Dufferin? Is it just the one building or the whole block?

It's not very pretty - the brick is a weird colour choice - but I'm generally fine with it. It slides easily into the background.

I do wonder what the retail will be like in it.

For now i believe its only the old studio bldg.,. but I wouldn't be surprised in the future to see development southwards to Melbourne Ave.
