Oh well. I knew the first proposal was too good to be true. Promising design and decent height. This revised rendering has neither.

What bothers me about the new design is that the shifting boxes don't actually shift. Like The Grid, it's just a superficial window wall motif.

CenterCourt cut many corners with Core Condos. Agree w/comment above about Grid Condos. Knowing the quality of finishings I am not positive Prime Condos will be so prime.
