Awesome. I'm really excited about this one, and it'll be great to finally have this parking lot gone. This will really continue to fill out this developing area. Ten years ago it looked like a wrecking ball went through here.

Why are the sidewalks in front of brand new developments look like such a hodge pudge of materials?

they are waiting for the john street revitalization to happen, so they didn't replace the sidewalk. At least in this case. When there isn't anything like that planned in the future, they replace the sidewalks usually.
