indeed ... that's what Pinnacle also did for Success Tower and 33 Bay ... construction start before achieving substantial sales %
 
Yep, I reckon that's why they're building the sales office just off-site. As soon as 33 Bay's done they'll probably send the crew over to start here.

Probably helps them attract buyers, since there's certainty as to the move-in period.
 
The Fox and Fiddle is now closed - prelude to the building being relocated to the other side of John Street, and then construction of the Pinnacle building starting.
 
Fox and Fiddle is opening a new restaurant on the Bay Street Frontage under 33 Bay Street which is part of the Pinnacle Center Complex, bounded by Bay St, Harbour St, Yonge St and Lakeshore. The completion date for the restaurant/bar construction is May 31

Wow, thats good news for that area of the Pinnacle Center on Bay....Are they going to re-locate that heritage gem.
 
Hooter's on the NW corner better be the next to relocate. Another prime entertainment district location ripe for redevelopment.
