Let's hope that this and B. street's style becomes the default for new condos in Toronto. I hope that developers make so many copies of this that we get sick of it - as we've gotten sick of the glazing + wacky balcony style.

Maybe different colours though. Brown and pink? White and green? I'd love to read comments on 2010's Urbantoronto where people are complaining that "EVERY new building is white and green! Toronto is soooo dull!"

The view isn't that bad with the balcony cladding in place, and when the interior side gets its panels it should be even better.

This would be perfect for me. I"m not really a fan of wind-swept balconies. This feels like an outdoor room.
