I suggest Concord start building more family friendly affordable building/units moving forward at Park Place. This could be the last plot of land where young couples can start a family in Toronto.

God bless Concord, for knowing how to almost simultaneously wreck two areas of the city with the same repetitive, bland buildings.

The community looks considerably worse than CityPlace. The buildings lack architectural character, they're topped with nasty mechanical boxes, and the massing looks inelegant. I'd go so far as to say that the NY Towers community is a better contribution to the city than this community. At least those towers give you something interesting to see on the 401 instead of another uninspired modernist apartment tower done on the cheap.
