It's honestly almost surreal to see major construction actually underway for the line. It's been so overdue for the City for so insanely long it often felt like it would never actually get built.

Wind is one of their specialties, they have several of their own wind tunnels including at their head office in Guelph. UofG eng. grad here!

I can't believe it's taken us so long to get the transit we deserve. Let's hope for more of these in this style all over Toronto over the next decade or two.

There is a FB post from the manager of the Argos expressing concern about fan safety. Last night both an Argos game and a Budweiser concert let out at the same time resulting in severe crowding in the tunnel, on the bridge and on the GO platform.
Just a little thought: as the station is under construction and this likely won’t be a problem in a year is there an option to stagger events by a bit? Even 20 minutes spread would probably reduce flow enough. Also how many patrons are going to the streetcar and Dufferin loops? Can organizers dream up a way to get more people to use them?
