the act of going about and wasting resources to track and monitor their several dozens of sites just to ensure the hoarding remains black takes up time and money. If ML is fining the contractors, how exactly is it our tax money going to aesthetic policing?
To be fair the graffiti thing is an official clause included in the Project Agreement. It's just surprising that MX would take it very seriously compared to other technical aspects of the project. They have been heavily relying on their Technical Advisor (Mott MacDonald) for decision making and barely showed up to technical meetings. Some even insist on not having their name recorded in the Minutes of Meeting attendees list.the act of going about and wasting resources to track and monitor their several dozens of sites just to ensure the hoarding remains black takes up time and money.
even if the amount may seem small it just goes to show the gross inefficiency and misplaced priorities ML has. theres a reason why ML projects take so long and cost so much. this is a sample of why.
see that proves my point in misplaced priorities and red tape.To be fair the graffiti thing is an official clause included in the Project Agreement. Just looks like GO yard lights that existed pre-Ontario line work.Am I correct in assuming that these new mega-lights are part of the OL? Taken 2 December.
Deep cut!Hope they don't find an old drain!
