Yep, me too. This area has always seemed in sore need of some TLC, and I think both of these developments are going to go some ways in making it feel less desolate and more complete. The shots from Adelaide and Portland show this is as well, but I'd really like to see something develop on the s/e corner of that intersection. Things get messy around there.

I agree. I'm really looking forward to the completion of these two projects. I'm hoping for similar projects north of Queen street on the Bathurst strip as well.

Too bad oneelleven didn't get started when they planned as this project was initially slated for completion this year but it looks like they're working quick and it should be completed/near completion by summer 2016.
 
Thanks for the pix! I really like the development going on in The Kings...it is almost like Haussman 2.0.
