Toronto One Valhalla Towns & Condos + Triumph Phase Three | 116.12m | 35s | Edilcan | P + S / IBI

Edilcan moves their projects faster than Tridel's that is just across their Valhalla site. Occupancy is slated for tower on April 2012 - but that wont likely to happen, so probably occupancy will be pushed to Summer 2012. Tower two occupancy Fall 2012, and last phase tower occupancy Summer 2013. Sales for last phase will begin after new years most likely.

I am afraid those Tridels buildings will take a long time before they see construction on them, due to their location and cost. It took them donkey ages to tear the existing structure down.

Forget 2012 for the tower, as it will not happen by your date. Summer/Fall is a timeline for the Townhouses.

The 2nd tower will not start until spring or summer of 2012 with the 3rd one until 2014 based on what I am seeing.

As of Dec 06, all the landscaping around the sales office has been removed. Window/door frames being installed on the south townhouses.

The 2nd townhouses complex is near rough completion and could see the roof go up on those 2 complex in Jan.

These townhouses look pretty promising .... I do like those windows thus far ~

The cladding looks great so far. Refreshing to see something pleasing for a change after all the crap that has gone up in Central Etobicoke in recent years. The 427 is going to be nice a high-rise corridor with all these projects set to rise.

Feb 14:
Sells office is close and in the process of being prep to be moved as one unit to the north corner of the parking lot to the south. Move will take place in March.

All the townhouses have been framed with the north one being completed. Brick work still taking place. Current wall going up on the tower now.

The snow was falling when I shot it. More photo on site.

Agreed. That charcoal black glass is quite striking and it should provide an amazing contrast to the white precast of Tridel's West Village.

I live right there and have been watching this go slowly up and am trying to figure out where they're going to put two more towers there's not a lot room left.

Hey Lindy,

I wondered the same thing also, but they will fit, it will be a tight squeeze of course. I do know that the 3rd tower triumph has also been shortened from 30 floors to 25, was anyone else aware of this? It looks a lot better that way if you ask me, because that way there will only be 3 floors difference between triumph and one valhalla phase 1 and will look more uniform with two shorter buildings and a tall one in the middle. They plan to start selling units for the building probably next month. The 3rd building will be parallel to the last set of townhomes on the south, just like phase 1 which is parallel to the ones on the north side. The second building thunderbird will be right in the middle.

Does anyone know what floor they are currently pouring concrete for? My unit is on the 19th floor and I am just curious if they are there yet.

The units must be the size of a shoebox in these places to get it all in there it's crowded now with the townhomes and one tower. Oh well to each his own am from the old school I like space:)
