I think it's just a difference in angles, this seems to be shot at a higher elevation (closer to mid-level) than most pictures we get of the building, which means it shows the height of the crown more accurately. Which is in it's own way, good news! Because this does look really well proportioned from this angle....looks like they added more height the crown there. But I am pretty sure I am misinterpreting that. >.<
