I encountered a Reddit post indicating that the TMD will be above the metre-thick slab being poured in @kotsy's photos from September, therefore being housed in the box:

...the crown, despite all its technical faults, was never really the issue with that tower. It was everything else awful that was thrown into it.

Anyrates, it will soon be partially buried by what appears to be worthier towers...so let's stay focused on this one.
