This thing is getting huge...in a few weeks my view will completely change!

There's nothing like it in the city. What a beauty.

HP has to be the best large scale firm doing it right now.

Amen to that, this(along with the Delta) is my fav project(s) in the cladding stage. Out of all the GTA's mass production firms they have the least amount of misses. They given us some much needed diversity in design never remaining stagnant, while at the same time never compromising their attention to detail. Heck the only project of theirs that I'm not a fan of is Pinnacle on Adelaide, which of course was subsequently value engineered for Pinnacle.

I'm also loving the preliminary work they've been doing outside of the city as well, continuing in the One Bloor motif (i.e. making use of sweeping vertical curves);

Don't think it actually has a name for itself yet. Its labeled as Wood Wharf residential tower on their site but Wood Wharf is the name for a massive mixed-use development project/neighborhood in London, England which will encompass 3.6 or 3.8 million sq/ft of office space and 3,000 residential units in addition to a hotel and retail space.
