Correct -there will be dropped soffits on the balconies at these lower levels. The balcony glass will be flush with the level of the soffit.

Anybody else notice the white paint/coating on the slab edge applied before the installation of the balcony glass rail. I hope the underside of the concrete slab receives the same treatment at the typical balconies. Can't stand exposed concrete at balcony.

Wouldn't worry about it - if they pay this much attention to painting the slab edge (hidden by translucent balcony glass) they certainly will do something about the underside of the balconies themselves. Not sure if it is going to be simple painting or soffit.
