A new trailer was placed on the west side of the building, close to Marine Parade Drive. It will be used as a presentation centre. This is what happens when you get greedy and can't sell the extra floors implemented after the original plan.

Too early to judge that, but there would be quite a number of competitors in that race. Huang and Danczkay projects will be hard for anyone to dislodge from the top spots on that list.
