Based on the renders absolutely. That was my thoughts and hope for this as well. Based on what we've seen so far I'm worried itll end up more or a botched eyesore where people walk by and go "well it looked like a cool concept but wow did it ever turn out terribly"

We'll see. The fact this has become a "known" building for all the wrong reasons is not great.
