nice progress ... how deep is this one supposed to be?
does MH abutt the building next door bc i thought the model/floorplans showed windows all around ?

Development application (p2) says:

A total of 45 parking spaces are proposed in five underground parking levels, to be accessed through the use of a car elevator. No visitor parking spaces are proposed.

Yeah, the application diagram shows that most of the first 9 floors will be blocked by the building next door on the west side.

6 floors down. Sweet, that should give me enough time to save up for one of these units ..................

IIRC, correctly - the renderings show this one as if it were standing by itself in some park with only the ROM for company. The east/north/south sides have windows. Although the east side will eventually be facing directly at the planned Bazis project.
