A friend has a unit in the north tower so that got us into the building. Then we walked over the top of the podium and into the south tower, ignoring the posted signs. Then we just had to take the stairs from the third floor to the 45th

Is that still a piece of the tower crane on the south tower...? Or is it for some sort of antenna?

It's the smaller, temporary crane which lifted the larger one out. It should come down in the next few days.
