It looks like it's precast, did not have much time to look at it closely, i opened my sunroof and took a quick photo this afternoon.

man those diamonds are so good. i hope they put that diamond precast or whatever it is on another 20 buildings in Toronto.

Don't forget we'll also be getting the first glimpse of the glass block facade on one of these buildings. Will serve as a very interesting precursor for KING Toronto!

According to the plans, save for the glass block facade (one midrise in the middle block) the different treatments will basically be white, light grey, medium grey and dark grey precast, and white, maroon/brown and black brick used in a bunch of variations. Some of the facades will have the same overall design, just different colour precast / window frames.

They really do look like they're trying here. Great to see and so far, so good.

The fact that we arent getting the typical dull/depressing grey, green, blue podium treatment alone is enough for me to give the podium level an A grade. This is looking absolutely amazing so far.

I would like to see a miniature version of the Honest Ed's Sign near this development as an homage to the department store that was formerly there.
