Quite possibly. I simply numbered in order starting at 11 on the first floor off the podium, following the external numbering on the construction elevator.

Yes, it is the mechanical penthouse, which is not included in the building height.

I suspect that Telus workers with office windows facing the ACC will conspicuously demonstrate less productivity than the those facing the other way.

I'm hoping they'll broadcast Olympic events from there. It would be nice if this turned into a traditional place for the public to congregate to watch events of that nature.

All of those crowds for all of those sporting events - yet another reason NOT to live in this building or even this area. I feel bad for those with cars who even try to get in/out at any time during a sporting event - and I rarely feel bad for people with cars ;-)
