Ania, I appreciate that what is happening with 56 Blue Jays Way will be relevant for purchasers at M5V, however the 56 Blue Jays Way thread is the place to discuss it: if someone wants to read all of the discussion regarding a particular project, they should be able to find it in one thread. You too Torontovibe...

Yes, Lifetime is on the signage on the hoarding. Who knows the deal here? Is TAS just aroud for marketing and continuity, but no longer have an equity stake in the projects? Are they there still as design consultants.

Who is the owner of the project?

How are the agreement to purchase documents affected?

Can purchasers get out if the owners change>

Will they honour the spirit of the project and be committed to the features and finishes?

Why is the young hotshot principal of TAS so silent, seems uncharacteristic for him and his flashy ways...

WE WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE DEAL IS GUYS....

why would you want to get out now knowing that it's at ground level?

i doubt you have the option to cancel/break the purchase agreement just because of an ownership change, as long as the features and finishes are delivered as written in your PSA.

If anything, you should be happy TAS is leaving this project behind. If that's the case, the chances of this ending up being built to a higher quality standard just went up. :)

October 14 2009 update

Not so sure I'm buying the new PINK theme colour @ M5V ... personally I think the old BLACK logo was better ~
