The Don Roadway

No idea how thick the concrete base is as well how deep they went considering the area was still at grade when I last saw it

Rocky said the concrete piles go all the way down to bedrock along this stretch of Don Roadway to prevent it from sinking into the buried pollution there.
Final road surface level should be close to the top of the silver cylinder supports for the hydro line towers.

Thanks.

The road will slope from the Lake Shore to the Commissioner Bridge

Very slow getting the new westbound Lake Shore E built and was expecting to see more done then what has taken place. No sidewalk in place on either side as well.

Piers are being formed for the new Don River bridge and hard to say if the steel beams for the new bridge will be place on the new piers this year, but will not open until next year. Then the new intersection for the Don Roadway has to be built along with the new cycle bridge and path for it.

Great! Who is the architect? And if I am not mistaken this might be the regional playground that WT is looking for a sponsor for?
