I actually don't mind the way the section that meets the street is being finished. Though the quality is pretty lackluster.

Much of this is window wall though so I think I'll feel less fond of it when it's fully clad. Richmond always chooses the same window wall so it's predictable.

I'll miss the unobstructed vista of the Crossways towers from the Wallace Avenue footbridge. But this project is a huge improvement for the area over the used car lot that used to be there.
