I have never been to Liberty Village but from what I see it looks far more appealing than CityPlace.

Someone is already tearing up part of the paved section of the park for below-grade work.
CityPlace is much more appealing. Getting out of this area is a nightmare. CityPlace has much better transit and walking distance to much more than Liberty Village.
