I'd give Liberty Village another 6-8 years before the eastern side is built out. These last 4 will take forever and considering CanAlfa's track record of running at least 2 years behind on every project it might even take longer.
OK ... time to clarify things .... this thread is for the site located at 39 East Liberty Street, which is southwest corner of Strachan and East Liberty, and it is NOT Liberty Central

It's 117.4 to the roof, but then there's a parapet which looks like it's approximately one metre beyond that. Peg it at 118.4, no-one will care much as it doesn't make it to 400 feet or the 120-metre list.
