Bremner and Delta will continue the apron of buildings to the CN Tower and block out the southern end of the Skydome. Oxford (326m) would reach as high as the pod on the CN Tower while 156 Front St. West (2 buildings over 200m) will completely block out everything to the west of the Royal York from the angle shown.
That shot will almost 'fill out' with those buildings I mentioned.

Thanks someMidTowner.
We started a beam and slab on level 61.5 with the pump but it must have been camera shy because it stopped. We got about 30 cubic metres in with the pump and did the remaining 42 metres with the crane.
It was weird, several trade secrets were required.

skyrise, I don’t know what that space is for. It looks like a condo without drywall. It would make a ‘money’ small studio or office though. Someone at UT probably knows what the plan is.

Amenity space is usually pretty far down the priority list. They can get their occupancy permits without it, and they can also turn units over and start collecting fees without needing to worry about whether the pool is operational

The room with the slanted pillars is a condo unit. The pool is part of the amenity space.
