Doesn’t help that the green ivy they have in the renders growing all over the glass blocks will—and I’m assuming here—never happen.
...if it can happen, it maybe a long while before we see the true benefits of that.

Furthermore, the blocks would have to treated as such for the vines to latch on without compromising the brick structures, I suspects. Although, I'm a little vague as to how that would happen or if it's even needed at all.
 
November 28 - Photos from late yesterday, Wednesday November 27. Ground level cladding at King Toronto is almost complete - the south-east section appears to have one panel remaining to be installed. A small section of the ground level in the west side of the courtyard has not been done - it was skipped when the rest of the interior courtyard ground level cladding was installed. Remains to be seen this area, shown in the last photo below, will be done next, before the start of the second floor, or will remain to be done later in the project. Either way, installation of the second floor cladding should be starting soon.
