They have butchered this school's clean lines over the yearsThe 80s revival of glass block was looking back to its heyday in the 1940s. In that earlier era, glass block was common in a few specific applications, including schools. Here is George Harvey, designed by the Parkin office and opened 1951.

Yes, I put into my house as basement windows in early 1980s.wasn't it super popular in the 80s/early 90s? I've seen tons of homes with it as well
hoping this comes together nicely, but im not really liking it so far. just a lot more grey in the grey city
