What happens if they finish the whole structure and still don't have any cladding? Is there much other work in the queue that can be done without the shell of the building?

I'm amazed that it's so hard to find an alternate supplier. I didn't imagine this was such a unique product...

since the building is inspired by Moshe Safdie's Habitat housing complex maybe they should do a switcharoo and use concrete instead?

Same, it's probably so customized nobody wants to take the job to manufacture it just for this project at the cost/timeline they're looking for
