Not sure if you took these pics as a pedestrian, but there was a 600v live wire unearthed just inside that fence a few weeks back. Without workbooks that will kill you, so be careful.
I appreciate the concern (and the lesson for everyone taking photos to post here)! I was on the sidewalk shooting through the fence, so was at a safe distance.
I'm just noticing in my own photo - this one -
- that real bricks have started to be applied around the bottoms of the precast pillars.

Jimmy's Coffee opened a second location next to King Portland Centre. The other location across the street is open too. No plans to close it yet, per staff.
