Curious to know if we'll be getting the Grid and Livmore calibre cladding on this P+S/ IBI Group design.

I wouldn't know, but seeing the type of cladding in the rendering doesn't fill me with confidence.

This is such a huge site. I guess since most of these twin tower builds are in the SoCo we lose the sense of scale, but when it's at the corner of King and Blue Jays Way you really feel the presence!

The corner is certainly feeling "big" all of a sudden even though the towers have barely risen yet. Nice street wall.
