The bike room at Ivy seems ill-conceived i.e. on the ground floor with access directly to the street and giant windows that allow anyone to look-in and see exactly what's on offer.

We were told that the bike room is still under construction and to leave it in our unit until then

This my bedroom ceiling, do you find it appealing?

Some people at one time found that look cool, and everybody selling units jumped on it as a way to cut costs by not actually finishing the ceiling.
