I had my predelivery inspection for my 1 bedroom and den.

Lobby and hallways are nowhere near completion.

But the suite looks great!

It's like a modern take on Art Deco, where the art is integrated with the architecture. I'd like to see a lot more of that in the city.

Just checked Kijiji and that unit is asking $1,780 per month. Not sure if it will actually go for that.

More on-topic: I'm really impressed at the cornice - it's just a great detail that will play well against its neighbours, including the rebuilt Concourse building.
