The mid to upper levels of this building will have some really phenomenal views overlooking NPS. The indented, cut-out areas on the north facade should frame those views nicely. Too bad they weren't dedicated to 2 storey living spaces with massive multi-level windows, as seen in some of the units in Shangri-la or even Aura.

I wouldn't say they would frame the view of NPS as the those three recessed portions of the north façade are the same width of the unit. Those units are the same as the units above and below but lacking a balcony. They will have nice clear views of NPS from within the unit without balcony slabs obscuring the view but at an expense of not having a balcony.
Interesting enough, the units at the bottom of those recessed portions do not have a habitable balcony. Those would have been a great balcony spaces with no balconies directly above, but instead will have a 5 foot deep inaccessible concrete ledge in front of their window.
I believe those three rectangular cutouts will feature illuminated frames around them, similar to DNA3, which will add some interest from NFS but be irritating to those residents within those recessed portions.

Here is an example of how nicely this will add to the skyline view from Moss Park. The crane and current top few floors are visible on the lower right.

I need a better camera... but in the mean time, some stone is happening at the base, and this one is turning out better than I had thought..
