While shooting the project tonight, I either miss some thing or a few floor of cladding is being replace at the base. Marcanadian July 13 shot shows it:

The mid to upper levels of this building will have some really phenomenal views overlooking NPS. The indented, cut-out areas on the north facade should frame those views nicely. Too bad they weren't dedicated to 2 storey living spaces with massive multi-level windows, as seen in some of the units in Shangri-la or even Aura.

Exactly the core definitely need so creativity. When we'll get it? Who knows, most of the good land pieces in the core have been filled as far as I know. Anybody know of any other lots in the core that can be developed in to something potentially changing the skyline there?

There are plenty of smaller buildings in the CBD that will be demolished in the future for office towers.

True, still a lot of 10-15 storey bldgs. that wont be around in 20 years

That green roof on city hall is rather dull & pointless: Better to plant some grass on NPS proper imo
