I'm not particularly fond of those grey metal panels, but the brickwork now being installed looks pretty snazzy:

Yeah, I think we're seeing the pervasive idea that "a little brick goes a long way" (see also: The Berczy). Well, it doesn't.
 
The horizontal cladding looks very "industrial park." Too bad because it otherwise mars an interesting building.
 
blech! That siding hurts because I was really liking how this project was coming along. As someone else said..this is the Berczy effect.
