I think it's one of my favourite projects in the city too. Nothing too imposing for the area and it has a great shape and overall design. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Looking pretty good .. Always admired the massing of this project and on that point it delivers, especially in how the terraces read as a crenellated roofline.

That said, the all-black mullions and spandrel at the solid street wall look VERY heavy. I think it would have been better in silver/aluminum as originally proposed with the black brick banding.

Wonder if they are still doing a contrast brick or will it now be black-on-black?
 
Any thoughts on how this will impact owners in the 25 Ritchie building trying to sell their place, I.e me? We're in a courtyard unit on the Howard Park side.
