Would that be 1/4 deep for a one level down excavation, a two level down excavation, or more? Compared to what kind of site considerations - a green field site compared to one with a pre-existing structure and basement which has to be excavated out? Would it be a site which has adequate staging and access areas above ground, or a lot-line to lot-line site?

Please tell us - most interested in how would you define a 'other regular site'?

1/4 deep of one but i am seeing that is just a lot of cement and rods to deal with so we're good.
