it's 15 storeys tall according to the floorplan lists (assuming floor 13 is skipped, penthouses are on the 15th floor and are two levels), so 2 or 3 to go.

Come to think of it, I wonder if there anywhere else in North America other than Toronto where there is such a high concentration of Neo-Modern architecture. At this point, we practically have entire neigbhourhoods of them.

^Blandcouver is filled with them! SEFC is wall-to-wall neo-modern; as is parts of 7th Avenue/Cambie/Granville and perhaps even Yaletown. Then there's Victoria....
