The scale of the development and in particular retail here is just about perfect. I'd love to see this style of midrise all over major avenues across the city.

Love the decorative glass panels. Detailing on the blank walls on its east and west sides are well done too.

Agree on the scale; I would have liked to see some kind of visual delineation between the retail level and the first residential one, I think that's so important, it just feels a bit incomplete in that regard.
Just a continuous signage backdrop would work.

That space for signage and the illumination thereof from above creates a nice line of division between the ground and subsequent levels.
Otherwise, quite happy w/this one.
