Toronto Five St Joseph | 160.93m | 48s | Five St. Joseph | Hariri Pontarini

if AD hadn't edited my post you would know exactly what it means.

to rephrase:

What it's got to do with Five is that: You Always Go Out Of Your Way to attack good buildings, and You Also Go Out Of Your Way to praise bad buildings--it's your thing.

And yes, you did claim that Trump was going to replace City Hall as Toronto's most iconic building--it's there in your permanent record: just own it.

Yeah but whats good to some ain't so great to others, is that a problem?...not everyone likes fillet mignon here
Hey D, can you show me this permanent record

Ok, you prefer the street meat wieners that are Trump and Aura. Have at it.

I'll take the steaks that are Five, L Tower, River City, and the rest of the GOOD buildings.

Btw, the permanent record is called the internet, where all your Trump boosterism resides.

street meat! serious! Horrible comparison for one and completely ridiculous. These are a great addition to the city. far better then what stood before them. oh right aura was a parking lot. and trump. well. aside from the name i don't get some peoples taste on the two buildings designs over all. They both turned out quite nice. IMO. nicer materials then the crap south of the tracks.

The Ice sisters whoop both Aura and Trump by miles. As does the Southcore family, Telus and MLS. Not to mention earlier efforts such as Harbour Square. Hell, even the dreadful Waterpark Place III is more svelte.

I'm liking the effect of condos build behind the Yonge street wall. The canyon created by the new buildings emphasizes the historical quality of the street, and although there is a bit of a Disney World faux-village vibe going on, its' interesting.

About 10 floors left, right? I'm really looking forward to the balcony glass on this one because of the rounded interior edges. I think it'll make a greater visual impact in person than in renders. Any idea when they might start showing up?

Agreed.
