I wonder if King West will develop this high end retail with all these fancy hotels setting up shop here... It only would make sense for the luxo-retailers to set up branch offices down here to cater to the well heeled/jet set moving in here...
 
O/T for a moment, can anyone name the project near Lightbox well on it's way in the Adelaide & Duncan Sts. area? I've gone back 10 pages three times and can't find a reference to it.

I project there will be a change, provided retail space is developed alongside new developments for retailers to move into.
 
hopefully they will clad the west side soon....right now it is looking like the Robarts Library....:p
