I wonder if that rooftop pool is generating any sales in extra building fobs like at 550 Wellington when it opened?

I believe property manager's approval is required to purchase extra fobs and may subject to condo. bylaws' limitations as well.

On the other hand, does anyone know where are the exhaust vents from The Keg's kitchen range ? Also, is the steeple part of the plan in the restoration at Silverplate ?

The steel frame skeleton of the steeple is being stored in the alley, so it should be part of the plan.

Usually condos have laws regarding the maximum number of fobs assigned to each unit.
In the case of the Thompson, at one point they didn't have that rule and many of the units were rented out nightly on AirBnB which resulted in security, noise and building maintenance issues. They also had experienced a significant number of lost fobs/replacement fobs requests due to this.
They have since put a limit on fobs and restricted short term rentals, as well as beefed up the security which seemed to help life there.

Looks to be just a rope to lift into place! As well, the renders of this project in the database does not show a flag pole.
