This project is really moving forward very slowly.

It has been over three years since the groundbreaking, Nov. 18, 2018!

To put that into perspective, 65 King St. and 160 Front St. started construction end of July 2018 and Jan. 1, 2019 respectively. The cranes are down on 65 King and 160 Front has soared to 20 stories. Aside from the various halted projects in town this has got to be one of the slowest builds, especially for an office tower. Seems odd to me.

I'd be tempted to say little / no leasing activity, but of 23 total floors, only 4 here remain unleased. It is very weird.

It's a Schrödinger's leasing arrangement. Where a company occupies and does not occupy the leased space at the same time...

Not necessarily needed to know a lot of people.

Just one realtor who's able to set up viewings at multiple condo properties for sale and drive you around to see them.
