Occupancies have started. Retail Insider says that Yorkville is the fastest growing high income neighbourhood in the western world! Also I did a quick tally of housing units that have completed this year so far and it is over 10,000!

I think 11 yorkville is reminding us that wedding cake setbacks really help to break up the visual monotony of 50-storey rectangular prism clusters

I agree. Look infinitely better than semi-gloss.

I find this building to be one of the blandest of the recent a-A designs. Compared to the render, it really feels dumbed down. I understand that this is essentially the a-A style, but they can do much better. With the exception of HPA, the projects I most look forward to seeing completed are generally those from non-Toronto architects.
