^ Is this just a very flattering angle in your shot... or different cladding? If the whole tower looked like this it would have been a winner instead of a snore.

Straight-up, on Cumberland; I've shot the angle before, but not in awhile. Time of day 4'ish, to sun from west.
 

Concrete seams are a reality of this type of construction, but the one at the top there I find a tad off-putting, I can't imagine it being a consequential issue structurally, but it just looks sloppy.

Well, Toronto's due for its own 432 Park Ave. :p

Not that I actually think will be, but Toronto hasn't really been hit by any poorly made rich-people-condo. Plenty of normie terrible ones though.
