Of the TACT designed buildings in the WQW neighbourhood, this is the only one that I'm drawn to. I think that it looks great so far. Also, does anyone has any info on the park? For the life of me I can't find anything substantial other than some placeholder(?) renderings.

I can tell you that it's being planned by Oleson Worland Architects, the people who brought Toronto The Village of Yorkville Park, Don Valley Brick Works Park, and Art Condos, so I have high hopes. David Oleson is a terrific guy.
