Its a shame that they cant build a couple pedestrian bridges to connect these two neighbouhoods

I don't know if MOCCA is moving into this building or not, but there is a fantastic space shaping up on the second level that looks to be two very high storeys in height with a mezzanine. These remind me of Le Corbusier's apartment buildings in Paris and Chandigarh. Photo taken 3 May 2013.
