Toronto Eaton Centre

second cup is closed? didn't they just renovate recently?

This is the Second Cup on Level 3 at the south side of the mall (Queen St.), near the pedestrian bridge to Hudson's Bay. The Second Cup on the north side of the mall was the first one to complete renovations, and is still open.

Free People is now open in the Level 2 expansion. Godiva Chocolate has re-opened. The H&M Man temporary store is now closed. H&M's new lighted exterior at Yonge and Dundas is being unveiled:

The newly renovated Second Cup by the bridge to Hudson's Bay is "closed until further notice". BCBG had a similar notice in its door last week and is now completely wrapped (no signage to indicate why).

Kiehl's on Level 3 beside the Second Cup is supposed to have their grand opening on March 12, 2016. However, with the info posted by deerparker above I wonder if it will be delayed. I did notice a few days ago that BCBG suddenly closed in the afternoon and the staff were sitting around inside with the lights off. Perhaps something happened during the renovations for Kiehl's and Marc Cain that has affected all the stores in that section?

Update. Walking by a second time noticed another sign at Second Cup - closed temporarily due to a flood.

Hoarding for Links of London is up on Level 3, on the space between Club Monaco and Michael Kors.

BCBG is still temporarily closed. Does anyone know why? Was it the flooding?
