Thanks for posting these updates Caleb! I bought a unit at East 55 but currently live in King West so don't get over to see the progress as often as I'd like. I look forward to watching the building grow, thanks to you (hopefully)!

Anyone know what might be going in where studio22 is? It’s closing and I noticed demo permits for a couple of the buildings along the block on Toronto building permits search.

Yep, it's a 22-storey office tower. It's a project by First Gulf and there is a rendering of what it's proposed to look like.

SteveM I believe NicoS is referring to the corner north of E55 (Ontario and Richmond). The office tower at 25 Ontario is south of E55 (and south of Adelaide). Not sure what is happening where Suite22 interiors is but I do know Brad Lamb owns all of those buildings from Suite 22 eastward!
